How to Add a Handwritten Signature to Gmail & Outlook Emails

Step 1: Generate a transparent signature PNG

Step 2: Add your signature to Gmail

Follow these steps to insert your signature into Gmail:

1. Open Gmail and click the gear icon in the top right, then select See all settings.
2. Scroll down to the Signature section.
3. Click Create new, give your signature a name, and click the Insert image icon in the formatting bar.
4. Upload your transparent signature PNG file.
5. Click on the inserted image in the preview box and adjust its display size to Medium or Small so it looks proportional.

Step 3: Add your signature to Microsoft Outlook
